We deliver orders across Estonia, as well as to Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, and Sweden.
Our goal is to offer customers the best prices on seeds and garden products. We achieve this by optimizing expenses and reducing logistics costs. One of the methods is shipping all orders once a month.
Order Shipping Schedule
- All orders placed during a calendar month are shipped from the 1st to the 10th of the following month.
- For example, if you place an order in November, it will be handed over to the delivery service between December 1st and 10th.
- After the parcel is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking code to monitor your shipment.
- After the official shop launch on 28.10.2025, the first shipment of orders will take place from December 1st to 10th, 2025.
Product Availability and Refund Guarantee
In order to offer you the most competitive prices, we optimize storage costs and do not keep the full product range in our local warehouse in Estonia. We work directly with major suppliers, which allows us to eliminate unnecessary markups.
In very rare cases, during the order assembly process, it may turn out that a requested item is out of stock at both the local warehouse in Estonia and the supplier's warehouse. If this happens:
- The total cost of your parcel will be recalculated.
- The cost of the missing item will be refunded to your account at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 3 working days after the parcel is physically handed over to the transport company.

- Finland: SmartPOST, DPD (parcel locker and courier)
- Sweden: DPD parcel locker
Payment Methods
- Bank Payment: Secure payment via bank link through our partner Montonio.ee.
- Card Payment: We accept credit/debit cards, as well as GooglePay and ApplePay via Montonio.ee.
- Pay Later: Delayed payment or split payment options provided by our partner InBank (please check terms upon signing the agreement).
- Installments: Monthly installment plans provided by InBank (please check terms upon signing the agreement).
- Bank Transfer: Payment via manual bank transfer based on the issued invoice.

Receiving Your Order
- After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking code.
- The delivery service will notify you via SMS or email when the parcel is ready for pickup.
- Parcels are stored in parcel lockers for 5–7 days, depending on the operator.
- If you chose courier delivery, please ensure you are available to accept the parcel in person.
