Welcome to Seemned24.ee — your seed store at fair prices. These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on our website.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all seed purchases made at Seemned24.ee with delivery to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden.

3. Ordering & contract

• Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• The sales contract is concluded once we confirm your order by e-mail.
• Stock and assortment may be updated without prior notice.

4. Prices & taxes

• All prices are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Payment

• 100% prepayment is required for order processing.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery & dispatch schedule

• Optimized schedule: all paid orders from the previous calendar month are handed over to the carrier between the 1st and the 10th of the following month.
• Tracking code is provided after hand-over to the carrier.
• Transit times depend on the carrier and destination country.

7. Risk transfer & inspection

• Risk of accidental loss/damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
• Upon delivery, inspect the parcel; in case of damage, request a carrier report and notify us promptly.

8. Seed quality & germination notice

Seeds are living material. Stated characteristics and germination rates are achievable when storage, sowing and cultivation recommendations are followed. We are not liable for outcomes dependent on conditions beyond our control (climate, soil, care, timing, etc.).

9. Right of withdrawal & returns

• Consumers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receipt.
• Returns are accepted for unopened seed packets in resalable condition.
• Returns are not accepted if the packet has been opened/damaged or the item lost its resale condition.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer if the item matches the order.
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

10. Claims

• If an item does not match the order or has defects, contact info@seemned24.ee with a description and photos/video.
• We will offer a replacement, missing item dispatch, or a refund — as applicable.

11. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge and accept it.

13. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Any use without prior consent is prohibited.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms without prior notice. The current version is published on this page and applies to subsequent purchases.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent courts of Estonia. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
